I started music at an early age studying saxophone under Carlos Alvarez-Munez and piano under Peter Tims and Dr Paul Fugler but it was in my later school years that I developed a love of writing music. It was this love that led me to study a degree in music composition at Dartington Hall in Devon.
“I would rather write 10,000 notes than a single letter of the alphabet.”
Ludwig Van Beethoven
Since Dartington I've continued to write, play and teach. I am currently studying for a Master's Degree in Music for Television and Film which has me writing music for everything from TV commercials to full length feature films. When not writing or teaching I'm directing music for musical theatre productions like Grease, Rocky Horror Picture show and most recently Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat with the brilliant Jacobs Well Productions.
